Villagio Musca, Playa del Coco

Set on a hillside overlooking Bahía Coco (Coco Bay), inside the exclusive gated community of PACIFICO, Villagio Musca Playa del Coco gives you something a resort simply can’t: a luxury vacation experience that’s entirely your own.

Four bedrooms. 4.5 bathrooms. A private infinity pool overlooking the Pacific. Expansive indoor-outdoor living. Private terraces. Concierge services available. And plenty of room for up to 10 guests to experience Costa Rica together — without sacrificing privacy.

Step inside and you’ll see the view immediately takes over, instantly transporting you to that “I’m on vacation” feeling when you step into paradise for the first time.

The vaulted great room opens toward the Pacific ocean, with travertine marble and granite surfaces creating a space that feels sophisticated while feeling set-apart. Beyond it, the villa flows outside to the terrace, wet bar, BBQ and infinity pool.

Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the ocean, an afternoon in the pool after exploring Guanacaste, dinner prepared in the villa, or drinks on the terrace as the sun disappears into the Pacific, Villagio Musca Play del Coco is sure to create an atmosphere of luxury and a vacation you will remember for a lifetime.

This is Playa del Coco at your own pace.

10 GUESTS | 4 BEDROOMS | 5 BEDS | 4.5 BATHROOMS | OCEAN VIEWS

The Villa — Four Bedrooms. 4.5 Bathrooms. One Unforgettable View.

Villagio Musca Playa del Coco is designed for people traveling together who don’t necessarily want to spend every moment together. Who may want the intimacy of a family diner but the serenity of reading a book on a private terrace.
Spread across two levels, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests with four spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private office and generous indoor-outdoor gathering spaces — all surrounded by views of Costa Rica’s Pacific coastline.

First Floor Primary Suite

The ground-floor primary suite is a private retreat of its own, with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light and a private ocean-view terrace. Wake up to the Pacific without leaving your room. Step outside with coffee in the morning or watch the sunset from your own terrace at the end of the day.

The spa-inspired en-suite bathroom includes premium finishes and a soaking tub, creating a quiet space to unwind after a long day of exploring all that Guanacaste Costa Rica has to offer.

Second Main Level Suite

Also on the main level, the second spacious suite includes its own full en-suite bathroom — particularly convenient for parents, grandparents or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Separate from the second suite, a dedicated home office, additional powder room and ample storage complete the main level.

Two Upstairs Guest Suites

Upstairs, two additional guest suites each offer a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. One bedroom sleeps 2 guests in a king bed; the other is a kids’ bunk room with two single bunk beds sleeping 4 guests. That means four private sleeping spaces for families, couples and groups traveling together — and nobody has to compete for a bathroom. Sometimes luxury is that simple!

The Great Room — Bring Everyone Together

Some vacations are remembered for where you went. Others are remembered for the nights when everyone stayed at the house, but regardless, sharing the experience together is always better.

The vaulted great room at Villagio Musca Playa del Coco was made for those nights. Travertine marble and granite surfaces bring natural textures into the open-concept living space, while large openings connect the great room with the kitchen, dining area and outdoor terrace.

The chef’s kitchen provides generous granite counter space and premium appliances, with plenty of room for the group to gather while dinner comes together all while enjoying the view of a tropical paradise outside your window. Or If you prefer, let someone else do the cooking.

Private chef service is available for guests who want to turn dinner at the villa into part of the Costa Rica experience. From the dining area, move outside to the covered terrace and let the evening continue poolside.

Outdoor Living — Your Own Infinity Pool Above the Pacific

This may be where you spend more time than anywhere else. The private infinity pool overlooks the Pacific, creating a front-row seat for Guanacaste’s sunsets.

Swim. Stretch out by the water. Read something you never have time to read at home. Or do absolutely nothing.

Adjacent to the pool, a built-in BBQ and wet bar make the terrace a natural gathering place after a day of fishing, diving, hiking, shopping or exploring the coast. Grill the day’s catch. Mix something cold. Put dinner on the terrace.

There are no pool reservations. No strangers sharing the loungers. No resort schedule telling you when the day is over.

Just your group, your villa and the Pacific, and your vacation your way.
